Why Land?

Peoples' perception of land value may rise and fall depending on the state of the economy, but as the population continues to increase, so does the demand for this finite necessity. For those of us who were born in other countries, owning a piece of land in America also gives us a sense of pride, belonging, and a permanent stake in our chosen country.
