About the Author: John Henry, CPP (Certified Packaging Professional) has over 35 years of working with packaging machinery in many industries and applications. He developed and teaches the Packaging Machinery Basics course for the Institute of Packaging Professionals and teaches Packaging Technology in the Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico's graduate school of industrial engineering.
