About the Author: Italo Pardo is Honorary Reader at the University of Kent, UK, and Founding President of the International Urban Symposium, a non-profit association. He co-edits the journal Urbanities - Journal of Urban Ethnography and the book series Palgrave Studies in Urban Anthropology.
Giuliana B. Prato is Honorary Senior Research Fellow at the University of Kent, UK, and a founding member of the International Urban Symposium. She is also Chair of the IUAES Commission on Urban Anthropology and a co-editor of the book series Palgrave Studies in Urban Anthropology.
