Howie (Black businessman/head of Asheville church & owner of motel/brotheral in Knoxville) (a certified con-artist & good man) and Wilbur Teague (womanizing and conniving boyhood friend of Dee) all join Dee & company in humorous scams and soap opera activity and sex antics; too. Dee rescues mother of orphans from meanie bank foreclosure with bank fraud scam. Dee elopes with 20 year virgin, Martha Washington, who lost virginity first night out with Dee, with her over-protective mother, Ms. Magnolia Washington, in hot pursuit. Ms Magnolia falls victim to meanies that Dee & company brings to justice. Blacks cash in on stock market inside info with help from Black 'paper-man'/scam-master; liquor still scam occurs; Dee & company over-come crooked police chief & judge; Black hanging & shooting take place; surprise and happy soap opera ending in Dee's love life.
