About the Book

Hello fellow Americans! My name is Glenn, and I am founder of the Occupy Obamacare SuperPAC...and own an insurance brokerage firm in Maryland. As an insurance broker, I became very interested in promoting the benefits of federal health reform. I have seen the effects of high premiums first hand, and wanted positive change in this important area. Becoming more familiar with the contents of the law, combined with my understanding of the health care system, helped me realize how harmful some of the effects would be, and I had a change of heart. ObamaCare is more destructive to our health and incomes than is being reported to the public and, if you knew what I know, you would do what you could to get it changed for the better. The way to change it is to offer a better alternative. Staying the same isn't good, either. So many of us suffer and die due to the lack of affordable healthcare and health insurance. It truly is a problem that must be fixed. Fortunately, it can be: o) The better alternative...one that strikes an agreeable middle ground...is in the pages of "Passing Obamacare". It is our responsibility, as Americans and as wage earners, to use our voice, and our vote, to make our country better. It isn't going to happen without us. Writing this book is my attempt to add my voice, and to do something to protect our health and future financial capabilities. It's also a serious attempt at good humor! If you're into laughing until it hurts...THIS is the book for you: o) This effort is not about idealogy...they don't ask your party affiliation on your tax return. It's about money, and caring for you and your loved ones when you get sick. That's important to all of us, right or left. Thank you for reading, for purchasing the book (if I'm so blessed), and for learning. Glenn Troy Morton Author
About the Author: Glenn has excelled in every position he has held in the health care and health insurance industries. From receiving 7 promotions within 4 years during his time working at the prestigious George Washington University Medical Center and Health Plan, to being a Million Dollar Club Award winner 5 years in a row as a top-notch insurance broker, he has spent almost 2 decades helping thousands of families navigate the healthcare system, and thousands of employees and small businesses pay as little as possible for health insurance while getting the best medical care in return. Glenn formed Taylor, Levi, and Associates LLC, an independent brokerage firm, in 2009 specifically to bring the benefits of Obamacare to customers. He knew Obamacare would change the entire healthcare industry and, by winning the knowledge race against his competitors, he would be able to care for his family better than ever, and give a leg up if his children wanted to own businesses someday. The American Dream: o) It is this unique experience working on all sides of the healthcare delivery system, and starting the only business in the country based exclusively on delivering Obamacare promises, that gives him a perspective on our health insurance crisis that is sorely needed today. Glenn learned everything there was to know about Obamacare, realized how bad the law is for our health and our wallets, and did what any combat veteran, and many of you, would have done in the same situation: he fought back. He spent thousands of hours researching a better solution, packaging it, and promoting it so YOU would have real choices this election season. The results of his efforts was an honest-to-goodess healthcare solution, which you will read in Passing Obamacare. You will be amazed at how easy it is to fix the problem, and also get to poke fun at politicians from George Bush to Sarah Palin and Barack Obama..and many more! They are pretty easy targets for a good joke..or 10!: o) In addition to his professional life, he has a lovely wife, 2 children (Taylor and Levi...hence the business name), and 2 step-children. The family resides in Maryland.
