About the Book

The Past Life PortalMultimillionaire John Benson has recently become mired in his investigation, into the reality of reincarnation. His goal is prove to himself and others, that reincarnation is not fiction, nor is it the imagination of the subjects. Unable to do the research on his own, he employs his golfing buddy, a psychiatrist for help with the investigation. At first Dr. Bradford Erickson refuses to enter into John's world of reincarnation. Erickson says he needs a legitimate reason to see John professionally. John's constant badgering on the golf course leads to a bet, which John wins. The wager leads John to Erickson couch and hypnotic regression therapy.John uses his fear of fire to appease Erickson. While this fear occasionally raised its ugly head, John considers it a very minor inconvenience in his life.During Erickson's regressions, John discovers he died in a fire in a past life. After the therapy, this fear of fire, develops into terrifying nightmares and now he has a paramount problem.Simultaneously John has a military contract to research sensory deprivation. He has a sensory deprivation tank built in the middle of his home laboratory and decides to use the tank to research reincarnation. He feels that the sensory deprivation will enhance the hypnotic regression therapy. After entering the tank and going through the regression, John realizes he is actually reliving the life of a firefighter who lived in 1931. His present-day fear of fire causes him to interact with this London firefighter, Philip Scott. His interference changes the timeline and Nigel Clark dies in the fire. When John exits the tank in his present day, life is different. His actions put millions of lives in danger. John must now reenter the tank to correct his mistakes, but every time he does, he changes something else. With the help of his wife Grace, his brother and friends, they keep reentering the tank but each time something new is added to their reality.Time is running out, John is dying; he needs to get the timeline back to the way it was originally or millions will die.
