About the Book

A Path To Freedom: The Awakening is a non-fiction narrative that follows the author Michael Ginsberg for 25 years. Examining what it takes to go beyond human suffering, he strives to fundamentally understand himself. The book shares real-life anecdotal stories and confessions of what transcending the ego looked like in his case or what it might look like in anyone's case that wants to realize God. This tapestry of spiritual realizations shows the way to go beyond all suffering, as Michael speaks profound truths about what stops people from realizing God. He expresses an enlightened view of human relationships and how to transcend or go beyond difficult circumstances.

Michael Ginsberg grew up under the umbrella of difficult circumstances. His father was never around; he was the youngest of three, he lived with all women, his two sisters, and his mother. He thought of himself as the man of the family.

Being sick quite often, he sought ways to heal himself through diet, exercise, and yoga. To this end began his great search to set his life right from suffering. This book shares every detail of his journey, from yoga practices to spiritual teachings. This book shares every detail of his profound and dire search to end suffering and discover life's answers. He shares with you how people bound up in the illusion of the world are suffering. His ambitious narrative speaks profound truths. These are truths that he sought after for decades, and oftentimes experienced unimaginable pain along the way. He believes that there is divinity in all of us, and with great love, his words will jump off the page and flow directly into your heart.

About the Author: Michael Ginsberg Was born in 1957 in Boston, Massachusetts. He was a competitive youngster in two sports, baseball first and then later basketball. As a teenager, Michael lived in Yonkers, New York, just outside of New York City. When he was 17 years old, he became interested in transcendental meditation briefly. Then He served in the US Navy for six years.

When he got out of the service, he learned all he could learn about healing and yoga to Heal his frail body.

He went on to study and become a Licensed Hypnotherapist from the Hypnodyne Foundation in Clearwater, Florida.

He took sick for nearly three years; he studied everything he could on diet and natural remedies such as homeopathy and acupressure.

For over 35 years, he involved himself with spiritual practices, techniques, and meditations.

He met his first guru through a book. He followed his lessons for ten years; he meditated 3 hours a day. Under his teacher, he mastered Kriya Kundalini pranayam, the activity of breath control that rests the heart for longevity.

Then spontaneously, by the hand of fate, he met his second guru. When he was at his employer's house, the gurus' picture was prominently hanging up in several places in the home. The image smiled at him; subsequently, he came under this master's guidance for 20 years. This teacher instructed him to understand human suffering and how a person could become free of the unruly mind.

For 30 years, he has worked in the creative healing fields; his first passion is helping others to achieve a higher quality of life.

Michael is an accomplished yogi, spiritual teacher, writer, speaker, healer, massage therapist, bodyworker and shares his gift of intuitive life health readings. He counsels his students on reaching their full potential by going beyond Karmic, physical, emotional, and mental tendencies.

He has traveled extensively, spending time with different spiritual cultures, teachers, and teachings. He has gleaned from this because humanity is a great melting pot, and the common denominator for all is love.

His writing shares in a down-to-earth fashion how to change one's life by moving through ruts and ups and downs. Through first-hand anecdotal stories. He confesses in transparent black and white examples what is required to realize the great spirit. Naturally, he guides you to understand yourself by showing you how to decipher the behaviors that repeat and cause misery. For you now will have the tools to be a better person.

Through his first-hand experience of what it's like to have a spiritual teacher guide your journey through the ego, he shares his love for his ultimate master with heartfelt tones of gratitude for the tremendous good divine help given to him by his true guru.

He illustrates that if you follow your teacher's instructions, he will show you the airplane route to the greatness that is beyond this world.

Michael talks about how to live in an intentional spiritual community. That is the only way to true enlightenment. In this way, people live together, develop compassion, and share a common bond, which grows them individually and collectively.
