About the Book

This is the tell all and insight all on the war on education.

We Module X with excruciating silence and contacts, completely thoroughly protected every one of our students lives at home and at college. We had zero suicides, murders, accident's, reformed them from gang pressures, negotiated with no one, battled with management and enriched the lives of every student we met or worked with. There was no compromise with their education or those who hurt or threatened them. We were a hands-on teaching crew who took the blows with the falls, stayed down and dragged them down to the dirt with us - and walked off.

Meanwhile we occasionally met and once successfully performed Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat with an accidental seance, where everyone left freaked out, that was about all we met for aside class. I had just dumped my life parner and had to get permission to leave the Bushido weekend course I was on. Completely eventul.

Not everyone is mentioned such as the incredible Verity and Liz O'Donnel, our ever-patient teacher who helped us take on child abusers, traffickers, and really stupid people who she would advise paraphrased in a look 'if you think you can take it'. We absolutely loved all of everyone's students, broke in to others classrooms, addressed every social worker, snared the worst scum on earth who were working for the Government taking supplementary advantages, protected others from crime by taking out handlers and really vain people. We decorated streets with art work and had a mean sense of humour. We got illegal fake teachers sacked for intrusion or abuse, and better than that we caught out educational fund fraudsters who were barely qualified to were a suit, let alone manage a department. We also got people out of jail, stopped them going there, went to court on occasions and scrapped fom their rights, threatened anyone who was obstructing them getting to lessons, threw students out of bed by calling them or banging in their doors, confiscated drugs and accused management of ineffectiveness because we found them on site. We built a aorcraft simulator in the college and restructured the concept of teaching responsibility.

We loved more than we hurt and that is how we got over it.

Teachers, be that, be the person they need and give them the circumstances they deserve. Sweat blood if you have to.

Before I go, and as we all make this happen again. Let me leave you with the very statement that changed my life and destroyed my ego forever.

"I've come to a frightening conclusion that I am the decisive element in the classroom. It's my personal approach that creates the climate. It's my daily mood that makes the weather. As a teacher, I possess a tremendous power to make a child's life miserable or joyous. I can be a tool of torture or an instrument of inspiration. I can humiliate or heal. In all situations, it is my response that decides whether a crisis will be escalated or de-escalated and a child humanized or dehumanized."

― Haim Ginott

Let that be the change in you, and join the side that brings life...
