Studienarbeit aus dem Jahr 2006 im Fachbereich Führung und Personal - Sonstiges, Note: 2,3, Universität Konstanz, Veranstaltung: Management des Wandels, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: In einer immer komplexer werdenden und sich schnell wandelnden Umwelt wurde organisationales Lernen schon seit längerem als ein Wettbewerbsvorteil der Zukunft erkannt. Damit dieser Wettbewerbsvorteil aber auch zum Tragen kommt, muss die Organisation lernen fördern. Dabei wurden die zum Organisationsalltag gehörenden politischen Prozesse bisher in der Literatur zum organisationalem Lernen nicht ausreichend berücksichtigt. Und falls sie berücksichtigt wurden, dann wurden sie als störende Komponente identifiziert, die es zu minimieren gilt. "Organizational politics thus remains a relatively neglected and somewhat marginal field" (Burgonye/ Jackson 1997:58). Organisationale Politik wurde nur als störendes Beiwerk zum normalen Organisationsalltag gesehen, in dem Entscheidungen Idealerweise nach rationalen Gesichtspunkten getroffen werden sollten und Machtbeziehungen zwischen den Akteuren keine Rolle spielen sollten. Ziel dieses Artikels ist es, auf diese politischen Prozesse aufmerksam zu machen und zu zeigen, in welchem Maße sie durchaus in der Lage sind, organisationales Lernen zu fördern. Auf der anderen Seite soll auch berücksichtigt werden, wie es gelingt, durch mikropolitisches Taktieren den Prozess des Lernens in Organisationen zu hindern. Die Methode um dieses Ziel zu erreichen ist eine kritische Untersuchung von ausgewählten Konzepten organisationalen Lernens. Sie werden auf ihre Sichtweise von kollektiven Lernprozessen in Verbindung mit politischen Taktiken der Akteure untersucht. Dort wo die Sichtweise zu undifferenziert ist, sollen weitere Überlegungen ansetzen. Die Vor- und Nachteile politischer Prozesse im Hinblick auf organisationales Lernen sollen dann herausgearbeitet und in konkrete Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten umgesetzt werden.
