Dr. Barbara Collins, is an educatgor, organizational development consultant, professional speaker, executive coach, professor, keynote speaker and author. She began her career as an educator.organizational development consultant and author. She received her doctorate in Group and Organizational Behavior at Temole University, in Philadelphia, PA, . She is currently an adjunct instructor at Rosemont College in Pennsylvania and teaches Fundamentals of Leadership, in the School of Graduate and Professional Studies.
During her 20 plus years in business she created her own consulting company, Positive Trends, Inc., which specializes in helping organizations develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance work productivity and achieve organizational goals. She helped numerous clients mazimize people differences to manage change in a changing enviornment. Dr. Collins clients include Philadelphia Department of Public Health, Philadelphia Water Department, Philadelphia School District, Penske Truck Leasing and Vertex Corporation.
While working in education and business, Barbara began her journey of self-discovery. Today, Barbara's life transformed from what she had to do to into doing what she loves and what feels authentic.
