About the Author:
Frederic Deltour is a Well-being Consultant, Spiritual Guide and Writer.

He has been trained by several spiritual teachers and mentors.
He studied with shamans in Peru, practiced with a yogi in the mountains of India and trained in Tai Chi with a Shaolin master.
In addition, he lived and learned with Buddhist monks for extended periods of time.

Frederic has been following a spiritual path for 15 years while working as Counselor and life Coach.
He wrote several books on health, lifestyle and spirituality.
He has a Diploma in Nutrition, has been trained in several types of psychotherapies and is a Certified NLP Master practitioner.

He has developed a new and powerful kind of therapy based on Ancient Spiritual Traditions and Modern Psychology. He is now offering a training to students who want to learn and teach his method.

Frederic grew up in the suburbs of Paris and has been living and traveling in over 50 countries.

Frederic is now sharing his experiences and the teachings he received in his books, lectures, and seminars.

His goal is to improve the life of all living beings, humans and animals. To allow everyone to be happy, peaceful and liberated...

Frederic, how did you end up writing books?

It's May 27, 2013. I find myself in a lovely wooden villa facing the Caribbean Sea. As I sit on the terrace, I contemplate a red sunset on the horizon...
I feel an intense desire growing within me: to help many people live their dreams, improve their health, and discover the tools to be happier and serene!

Suddenly, the writing of my first book is imposed upon me. The inspiration comes from somewhere else and spreads words across my paper. I write every day for five weeks, and thus, "Listen to your heart and live your dreams!" materializes.

I faithfully followed the signs in life, listened to my heart and my intuition...
For years, I dreamt of traveling the world. So almost seven years ago, I quit everything, packed a backpack, and jumped on a plane to continue my spiritual quest.

I always knew that my mission was to help others. Now, I can finally share the lessons I've learned and allow you to live a more harmonious life, be healthy, and live your dreams!

I am convinced that we all have unlimited potential and a simple decision can activate it and change our lives.
