About the Author: Laurie Neri Barrett is a registered massage therapist and medical exercise specialist who has worked with a wide range of clients since 1986. She is the owner of Synchronized Kneads, Inc., a Pilates and functional-training studio. She served as a certifying teacher with the Pilates Institute of London between 2006 and 2007.
Barrett's encyclopedic knowledge of body therapies helps her bring a unique focus to personalized workouts. She is skilled in Pilates, functional movement, yoga, postinjury rehabilitation, massage, craniosacral therapy, reiki, and Feldenkrais.
