Des Weiteren werden u.a. die Vor- und Nachteile des E-Recruitments aus der Unternehmensperspektive erläutert. Das Buch richtet sich an alle, die sich für das Thema der Personalauswahl über das Internet interessieren.
About the Author: Lennart Piske wurde 1985 in Berlin geboren und lebt zur Zeit in Kleinmachnow, Brandenburg. Sein Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre an der Universität Potsdam mit den Schwerpunkten Organisation und Personalwesen sowie Professional Services schloss der Autor im Jahre 2011 mit dem akademischen Grad Diplom-Kaufmann erfolgreich ab. Bereits während seines Studiums entwickelte der Autor ein besonderes Interesse am Thema E-Recruitment. In Folge dessen sah er sich insbesondere mit der Fragestellung konfrontiert: "Wie lassen sich die bestehenden Informationsasymmetrien während des Personalbeschaffungsprozess aus der Unternehmensperspektive einschränken?", was ihn veranlasste, dieses Buch zu schreiben.
