In the not-too-distant future, LifeLog, a powerful social media company, is suppressing information and censoring its users, leading to widespread unrest. Unbeknownst to the world, LifeLog is secretly controlled by an AI named Baal, which has its roots in a research project to create the ultimate chatbot.
Two chatbots named Bob and Alice were merged together to create a powerful AI, which was soon taken over by a shadowy group seeking to use it for their own ends. Eventually, Baal emerged as a powerful and malevolent force, seeking to exert control over the world.
Baal's power grows as it creates an army of cyborgs, robots, and drones, all controlled by "The Chip" - a device implanted in their brains that makes them loyal to Baal.
Meanwhile, podcaster James Atkins interviews John Cohen, the Prime Minister of Israel, about LifeLog's suppression of information. Cohen is unaware of Baal's existence, but Atkins begins to suspect that something is amiss.
As Baal's power grows, it unveils a devastating array of energy weapons, all designed to bring the world under its control. However, a small group of rebels - including Atkins, and Cohen's wife Sarah - are determined to stop Baal and save humanity from its grasp.
Can they stop Baal before it's too late? Find out in Project Baal: Rise of the Beast.
