About the Author: Klaus Brandt (Jahrgang 1953) lebt in Stuttgart und arbeitet als selbstständiger Trainer und Berater. Er ist Dipl. Soz. Päd. (FH) und hat eine Zusatzausbildung in Gestaltpsychotherapie (IGW). Seine Themenschwerpunkte sind Selbstorganisation, Selbstverantwortung und Selbstbestimmung, die er im Rahmen des POP - Konzepts Mitarbeitern und Führungskräften durch Coaching, Moderation und Prozessbegleitung vermittelt.
