Heute umfasst die Psychologie eine Vielzahl von Teilgebieten, darunter die klinische Psychologie, die Gesundheitspsychologie, die Arbeits- und Organisationspsychologie, die Neuropsychologie und viele mehr. Mit modernen Technologien wie der funktionellen Magnetresonanztomographie und der Elektroenzephalographie haben Forscher neue Einblicke in die Funktionsweise des Gehirns gewonnen und bahnbrechende Entdeckungen gemacht, die unser Verständnis des menschlichen Geistes revolutionieren.
