About the Book

Es geht um die Emanzipation aus einer Gewalt-Familie, aus der Sündenbockrolle, aus einem gnadenlos grausam agierenden Familienclan in Deutschland, insbesondere um seelische Gewalt. Es ist eine Seelenreise, die an einem Strand geträumt, erinnert wird, ein Ort der Erinnerung und der seelisch-geistigen Verarbeitung. Das Steuer des Lebens selbst in der Hand zu halten und sich nicht fremd bestimmen zu lassen, sich selbst zu entfalten zu dem Menschen, der man (eigentlich) ist und sein kann, allen Widerwärtigkeiten und Machtmißbrauchern zum Trotz, und zwar bis zum Ende des Lebens zu wachsen, den Weg der Reife zu gehen (Tolstoi). Das Buch ist auch ein einziges Plädoyer an die gelebte Nächstenliebe im Alltag, tagtäglich, sich nicht beirren zu lassen und am Widerspruch zu wachsen, sich eigener Stärken und Schwächen bewußt zu sein und aus Fehlern zu lernen, eine eigene Lebensspur zu leben und an Menschen anknüpft, die ihre humanistischen Ideale nicht zum eigenen Vorteil geopfert bzw. verraten haben, sondern die universellen Werte der Menschlichkeit gelebt haben. Wirkliche Heilung geschieht auf der spirituellen Ebene und geht bis an die Epigene, die Steuergene im Zellkern. "Am Steuer des Lebens muß die Liebe stehen", heißt es gegen Ende des Buches in einem Gedicht. Auch wird eine Neutextung des "Hallelujah" von Leonard Cohen gesungen, die dem geistig-spirituellen Faden dieser Seelenreise entspricht. Die letzte Strophe davon ist auf der Cover-Rückseite zu lesen: Sie fühlte sich geborgen und fühlte sich so frei, lauschte offnen Ohres den Klangwellen, konnte in Stille heilsam Gottes Stimme hören, All-eins-sein mit den Sternen, hallelujah. Hallelujah, hört sie es sagen, hallelujah, hallelujah. Hallelujah ........
