About the Book

qProfile is a new and innovative method that lays out a unique way for job seekers to present themselves in their job search resulting in up to a 300% success rate over traditional tools such as the resume and CV (curriculum vitae) in obtaining employment interviews and follow-on job offers. Beginning with the 2007 - 2009 U.S. financial crisis, this book discusses how the current job market is rapidly changing as we move into a new era known as the Productivity Revolution. Included is the following: * Explains why today's government stated unemployment rate of 8.2% really is a "hidden" rate of about 16% * Explains why this hidden employment rate of 16% will stay about the same (and likely go higher) in the near future * Explores the coming Productivity Revolution paradigm and how one will want to fit into the model or face employment extinction ! * Explains why today's traditional job resumes resumes and CVs are no longer often useful in securing suitable employment * Outlines the Capability Cloud organizational structure which will rapidly replace the common hierarchical model * Presents a process that job seekers leveraging the qProfile and Relationship Interviewing techniques will use to capture 2/3 of the job market in the coming Productivity Revolution
