About the Author: Prof. Dr. Gordon Müller-Seitz leitet das Fachgebiet für Strategie, Innovation und Kooperation an der TU Kaiserslautern und konzentriert sich in seiner Forschung auf Kooperationsfragestellungen mit dem Fokus Innovationsnetzwerke, Entrepreneurship und Digitalisierung. Zudem ist er für Fragestellungen der Geschäftsmodellentwicklung und Strategie beim Mittelstand-Digital Zentrum Kaiserslautern verantwortlich.Jonas Metzger ist Leiter des Mittelstand-Digital Zentrums Kaiserslautern, das zum Ziel hat, den rheinland-pfälzischen Mittelstand bei der Digitalisierung zu unterstützen. Nach seinem Studium zum Master im Bereich Betriebswirtschaftslehre und Informatik war er im IT-Sektor tätig. Parallel forscht er im Bereich innovativer und kollaborativer Strategieentwicklung am Lehrstuhl für Strategie, Innovation und Kooperation an der Technischen Universität Kaiserslautern. Florian Ritter ist wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter sowie Doktorand am Fachgebiet für Strategie, Innovation und Kooperation an der Technischen Universität Kaiserslautern. Im Rahmen seiner Promotion beschäftigt er sich mit organisationaler Agilität, organisationalen Prozessen sowie dem Management der digitalen Transformation und forscht dazu in Kooperation mit einem global agierenden Unternehmen der IT-Branche.Marc Schmüser ist im Kontext des Mittelstand-Digital Zentrums Kaiserslautern Ansprechpartner für Geschäftsmodelle und Strategieentwicklung für den Mittelstand in Rheinland-Pfalz. In dieser Position unterstützt er Unternehmen aller Branchen zu Themen der Digitalisierung und der erfolgreichen Umsetzung dieser. Zusätzlich forscht er als wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter des Lehrstuhls für Strategie, Innovation und Kooperation an innovativen Ansätzen und Praktiken der Strategieentwicklung.Jannik Westram leitet das Produkt Marketing Management der Empolis Information Management GmbH, einem digitalen Innovationsführer aus Kaiserslautern. Neben seinem Masterstudium zum Wirtschaftsingenieur war er in verschiedenen IT-Unternehmen und der Pharma-Branche tätig. Als externer Doktorand am Lehrstuhl für Strategie, Innovation und Kooperation der Technischen Universität Kaiserslautern erforscht er digitale Service-Transformationen und soziologische Einflüsse der Digitalisierung auf die Gesellschaft.
