About the Author: Heather Wochnick is a therapist working in private practice. She counsels individuals, couples, and families on a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and self-esteem-many of which are driven by seemingly irrational, but deeply rooted, fears.
In addition to her master's degree in counseling psychology, Wochnick brings real-life Christian experience to her therapeutic approach. As a Bible teacher, speaker and former pastor, she has taught Christian living to people of all ages for over thirty years.
Her debut book, Quit Freaking Out!, combines modern mental health therapy and faith-based counseling. Wochnick currently lives in Minnesota, with her husband and son.
