I never thought anything like a mentally and physically abusing stalking psycho ever would happen. Or how about not only one shyster Management Company, but 2. Have to visit with the FBI. Having to visit with the City Prosecutor at the cost of 6 months probation. Attorney bills adding up. The Broker with bad intentions. The economy falling apart for quite a few years now. A total of 7 roofs have to be done in a couple year period. The cost of the bad roofers. The non-stop turnovers of tenants losing their jobs due to the economy. Approached by prostitute for exchange of a room for service. My overall mental and psychical health is bad. Apartment taken over by crack head. A Title Company just happens to go under with $30k of my money. Money is just flying out the window like crazy. The infamous Hum is driving me crazy and more... I feel like someone put a whammy on me.
About the Author: My book has been mostly inspired by Drugs, Alcohol, Affairs, Divorce, Real Estate, working for Jerk Bosses and my Life and the people in and around it. I would like to thank my mother and father for being who they were. My father was an alcoholic and my mother had mental/medical problems: Both past at early ages. When one is young you don't understand problems very well. Even when people get old they still don't understand and can't learn to Let Go. At first, I did not like the life style we lived at. At best, of what I can remember, at about the age of 12 or so, we kids were on our own. At first, I had hated them for what I thought they had been doing to us. Today, I thank them for who they were so I could find myself and succeed. I learned I had a choice, dwell on the past and blame others, or Let Go and Succeed into the future. I have learned that my parents were young and did dumb things like any other young human being on this planet. So, I can't blame them for my life. I did many dumb things along the way. I learned to forgive them and everyone else. In Letting Go, I have become what I would call, pretty successful. In short, I could not read and write when I was put through school. I left home at 17 to the Army: Signed up after the Army to the local college. My sister Deanna helped me read my books. After failing many of my first classes, I did get an Associate Degree in Electronic/Electrical Engineering in a ten year period. Today I'm a Computer Engineer.
