Reawakening, the first volume in a series about the realm of Eversora, is the tale of Darius, a young warrior who has grown up unaware he's the child of a wolf person and a sorcerer.
On the island of Lyrea, sits the town of Sinac. Once the sacred home to the Ananta, a tribe of the race of snake people known as the Nagas who were overthrown by their wolf slaves, Sinac became a stronghold of the Szahn clan of the Nueri, wolves that can take on human form, along with a few men who helped them defeat the Nagas. More men and women came to live alongside the Szahn.
Then, the Szahn returned to the forest.
Reawakening begins in Sinac, on the day Darius's life is forever changed.
After an encounter with a strange little girl, Darius, the blacksmith's son, discovers a secret passage in the castle library, where he finds a mysterious book. Later, his father reveals the shocking truth of who he and his family really are.
And Darius will soon find himself in an epic battle against a sinister force that threatens the realm.
About the Author: Alexander DaShaun has been writing in one form or another since he was a child, spinning tales as a boy and turning to poetry in the more difficult times of his teenage years. He has been granted the unique ability to peer into alternate realms of reality-domains where abilities and creatures we believe to be myth are commonplace.
Hindered only by the necessity of a day job to support his family, DaShaun has needed this story to be told for a great deal of time. Reawakening is the first in the upcoming Legends of Eversora series and DaShaun's debut novel.
