Si buscas mezclar tus fuentes de proteínas con potentes ingredientes vegetales, no busques más que el tofu, una opción vegana o vegetariana fácil de cocinar. Las prensas para tofu están disponibles en las tiendas, pero no es necesario tener una. Puede usar una pila de libros o simplemente hacer lo que yo hago y usar las manos para presionarlo suavemente sobre un paño de cocina o toallas de papel.
