About the Book

Rejection: The Play Of Sarah is about a young girl who was mistreated and ridiculed by her family. This is a story play about a how this young girl had to deal with a mother who battle drug addiction and depression. This young girl was raised by grandmother and father who also had an older sister sadly to said this young girl was considered the black sheep of family. Until one day she started writing poetry and had the passion for writing. Neatly to this young girl enjoy helping people and the feel for going to nursing school. This young girl love going to church also wanting to persuade her education. Finally she wrote and publish her first book yet finish school and she become a known writer who wrote many books., This young girl had kids making fun of her in school, in her neighborhood, and even in her own family. She never had any friends her sister was always the one getting attention and favored the most for the most part Sarah' s grandmother was mean to her and always treated her like the outcast. She started having problems with her learning within the younger days as a child and even in doing middle school. She often had trouble developing different learning skills and didn't seem to quite fit in with other students at school. She will often talk to teachers, and school counselors about the troubles she was having at home. Sarah had to deal with a drug addicted uncle, who also was living in the home her sister who never showed her love and a father who was never around. Her grandfather end up dying from cancer which left a hug impact on the family, and as times went she lost her father who accidentally murdered . She went to graduate from high school and end up attending college unfortunately, she did not finish she end up moving in with a guy who was very fond of her and his family end up taking her in. Sarah never had no family to show her love, compassion, and attention. Growing up as a kid she was the shy kid who was always quiet that was teased a lot because of her looks and being compared to her sister. Her sister was the one getting everything she wanted, she become the center of attention among the family, especially among her grandmother. Sarah felt like committing suicide at times but it was her Faith that keep her strong and she started believing in herself. She started dressing up more wearing makeup showing her unique her side and people started to notice her. People started to like being around her many people started liking her conversations and how she began to open up to people . There were times where she was getting ignored by her family, who would look down on her because she had a learning issue and that will make her feel sad. She never let that stop her she become this young woman who very outspoken and love to create art outside of her writings. She had this special gift in her coming up as child that no one seem to notice or take heed. Even as a child attending sunday school services and church services with her grandmother. She never had a mentor everything she had to learn she on her own and she mastered her own skills. There were times where people told her no and had a couple of setbacks. At the end she never gave up on herself when everybody else did she felt alone at times and family leaving her broke. Her family excluded her out of everything as though she did not exist she would often at times try to get close to her sister but she will get turned away and get no response from her. She had times where she had to undergo to see psycho therapist to help her deal with her depression and low esteem. She had end up taking nerve medication to help her deal with her nervous condition. The household she was in living was very dysfunctional and at times where was a lot of arguing going back and forth. Sarah feel running away at times and wishing she was born into another family. At the end she moved to write many books.
