Cette étude examine empiriquement la relation entre les récompenses et la satisfaction professionnelle des employés de l'Ethiopian Insurance Corporation. L'objectif de cette étude est de permettre à l'organisation de disposer d'un personnel satisfait, compétent et engagé afin d'avoir de meilleures chances d'atteindre les objectifs et les buts généraux. L'étude a utilisé des sources de données primaires et secondaires. Une approche quantitative de la collecte des données a été utilisée et 258 questionnaires ont été distribués. 224 questionnaires remplis et utilisables ont été retournés, soit un taux de réponse de 86,8 %. La méthode d'échantillonnage par stratification a été utilisée et les employés ont été sélectionnés dans chaque strate à l'aide d'une technique d'échantillonnage aléatoire simple. Les données ont été analysées à l'aide d'analyses descriptives, de corrélation et de régression multiple. Les résultats de l'étude indiquent que le développement personnel et l'avancement ont une forte relation positive (r=0,481, p0.05) et les avantages (r=-0.011, p>0.05).
