Mr. Punnett has been active in the American Bar Association for many years, where his leadership appointments have included: Co-Chair of the ABA Litigation Section's Book Publishing Board; Editor-in-Chief of Litigation News; advisory board member of the ABA Commission on Disability Rights (then called the ABA Commission on Mental and Physical Disabilities); and Vice Chair for Education of the ABA Dispute Resolution Section's Mediation Committee.
