No es la primera vez que en esta publicación aludimos a los fascismos iberoamericanos, pero sí la primera vez en la que publicamos un artículo de Erwin Robertson a quien conocimos precisamente en el período que narra en su ensayo. El trabajo alude especialmente a la revista Tacna, pero es inevitable que lo haga también, no solamente a la situación del nacionalismo chileno entre finales de los años 60 y principios de los 70, sino también y muy especialmente a a época de Unidad Popular. El artículo alude igualmente a movimientos similares en Iberoamérica que subyugaron al equipo de jóvenes redactores de Tacna. Habitualmente, la pobreza de datos y la ligereza de los análisis realizados por los ensayistas reconocidos, alude sólo al Frente Nacionalista Patria y Libertad. En este ensayo reconoceremos un espacio mucho más rico doctrinalmente e igualmente comprometido con su Patria y con su Pueblo. Publicamos en este número la segunda parte de la crónica sobe los primeros tiempos del DAP y su transformación en el NSDAP. En el número anterior vimos los primeros pasos de Hitler en política, en este veremos cómo logró hacerse con el control del partido, las polémicas con sus adversarios políticos, y los primeros mítines en los que tomó la palabra. Y, por supuesto, el artículo describe también el clima de la época en el Munich post-revolucionario, dominado por las fuerzas conservadoras. Termina también con esta tercera entrega la serie que hemos consagrado a las relaciones entre Franco y José Antonio. Esta última parte está simplemente consagrada a analizar los distintos intentos para rescatar a José Antonio, mediante soborno, canje, operación de comando o intervención exterior. Intentaremos responder a la cuestión de si Franco hizo todo lo que pudo para salvar a José Antonio, o solamente tomó medidas para evitar que se le pudiera acusar de negligencia. Con esta entrega cocluímos la traducción de las memorias de Stefano delle Chiaie publicadas con el nombre de El Águila y el Cóndor. El autor en estos últimos capítulos nos narra su peripecia en Venezuela, los punto de apoyo con los que contó en aquel país, las condiciones en las que fue detenido y enviado a Italia, cómo se desarrollaron los procesos de los que salió indemne y el papel de algunos "arrepentidos" que fueron creídos por la magistratura y los medios de comunicación, a partir de los cuales se construyeron las acusaciones infamantes. El Club de la Lucha no es ciertamente una película en la que se hable explícitamente del fascismo, ni siquiera del neofascismo, es simplemente una reflexión sobre la modernidad en la cual se pueden percibir algunos lugares comunes con los fascismos históricos. La función de este artículo es situar la película y la obra del autor de la novela dentro de la literatura contemporánea. Superado el impacto inicial y salvados los prejuicios entenderemos que, efectivamente, pueda asumirse la presencia de algunos elementos típicamente fascistas.
