Set in China, The Rise of Dark Whisper is a martial-arts-meets-sinister-vampire action-adventure novel.
The story begins on planet Orion, where an eighth god, the god of balance, has been born. He is sent to Earth to end the evil and destruction. The child, called Razor, is raised in Hong Kong, first by a famous vampire slayer and his wife, then by a Buddhist priest. The priest trains him in martial arts to be a great warrior-like his father-and the boy learns he is half man, half vampire.
Razor sets out on a perilous journey to find his mother and father, known as Dark Slayer. Among the foes he encounters are a snake shifter, a tiger vampire, and other minions of Shaaytan, one of the three brothers of the vampire council that rules over China in a reign of terror. He also gains allies such as the humanlike wolf Shadow, as well as Karren and Kinks.
The Rise of Dark Whisper is sure to find fans among comic book collectors, graphic novel enthusiasts, and anyone who enjoys exploring the creative worlds of fantasy and paranormal fiction.
