About the Book

The Road To Todos Santos in the final book in the trilogy of the Adventures of Jake Dustin and his wife Danielle. In this third book, the couple find themselves in the midst of terrorist attacks, world wide. For them, the adventure is in the Cabo San Lucas and Todos Santos area of Baja California. As years before when American soldiers helped Jake free Danielle from a criminal organization in Kuwait while on an operation mission, and then there was the follow up adventure in The Road To Morogoro, where Jake and Danielle's activities as Nature and Animal Conservationists in Tanzania took root. That adventure, involved once again dealing with criminal gangs and drug cartels committing crimes against tourists and the tourism industry. Jake and Danielle's exposure to the paranormal elements of the world goes to a much higher level with shape-shifters and other phenomena In The Road to Todos Santos, the world has truly come apart with nations everywhere under attack by religious fanatics, hoping to establish a world wide caliphate. This adventure includes the Americans, some coming from Afghanistan and stateside, once again rallying to help their friends.
About the Author: Steven Robert Alexander, Lieutenant Colonel (Retired) U.S. Army has been writing stories and books all of his life. His creativity and imagination allow him to write on all subject matters from sci-fi action adventure, vampire and classic monster genre, ghost stories, military adventure romances, children's stories, high school sports and romance stories. Steve served 28 years in the U.S. Army, and retired 1 May 2011. He started as a private, in the Artillery and was commissioned through Officers Candidate School. He served partly active duty, Reserve and National Guard. He served two tours in the Middle East. In 2004 while serving as a Senior Advisor to an Iraqi Division Command he was awarded the Purple Heart for wounds sustained in a vehicle borne improvised explosive device, VBIED attack, Steve has also been awarded the Combat Action Badge. Many of the scenarios in The Road To Jahra hit close to home. He served a follow on tour late in his career in Kuwait, serving as an Operations Officer. He also served tours in Panama, Japan and Slovenia. Steve is also an accomplished broadcaster, having hosted national radio shows on Cable Radio Network out of Los Angeles. He is most well-known for the Major Ripster and the B Team Show that ran from 1999-2001. After 911, Steve volunteered for active duty and Iraq and spent the next ten years on active duty until his May 2011 retirement. After his retirement form the military in 2011, He hosted three radio shows out of LA. Veterans Talk Live, the B-Team Lounge Radio and One Step Beyond Imagination. Steve is presently a writer for the television show, Big Sky, which is in Pre-Production at this time. He has been cast in the show as well and will play a Cavalry Colonel Post Commander in 1870's old west. Steve has also been involved in film-making on many occasions. He has appeared with a close up in Ice Castles and most recently appeared in Emancipation by Endeavor Films. He has worked in "indy" films and served as Production Coordinator on two occasions. He has written 12 novels and collaborated on quite a few others. Steve is an American Civil War and Ancient Greece historian, an Eagle Scout and has been a high school football coach. He lives in Colorado and has five Grandchildren. Colonel Irene V. Dickerson served multiple tours in the Middle-East, Iraq and Afghanistan. She has also served overs in contractor positions. She is the Co-Author on the Jake Dustin series.
