Studienarbeit aus dem Jahr 2019 im Fachbereich Didaktik für das Fach Deutsch - Sonstiges, Note: 2,0, Technische Universität Dortmund (Literaturwissenschaft), Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Diese Hausarbeit behandelt die Bedeutung des Vorlesens für Schüler der Grundschule. Kinder haben viel Freude daran, wenn ihnen vorgelesen wird. Doch welchen Nutzen ziehen Kinder in ihrer Entwicklung aus diesem Vorlesen? Wie kann man Kinder motivieren im Unterricht vorzulesen und inwiefern lässt sich der Schulunterricht im Hinblick auf dieses Ziel gestalten? In diese Themen möchte ich in meiner Seminararbeit einen Einblick geben und Antworten auf diese Fragestellungen formulieren. In der heutigen Zeit ist es sinnvoll Kindern dem Umgang mit Büchern früh nahezulegen, da die Bedeutung eines Buches zunehmend aufgrund neuer Medien schwindet. Zum Beginn der Schulzeit fehlen vielen Kindern elementare Erfahrungen mit Literatur- und Schriftkultur, da es in vielen Familien nicht üblich ist Kindern vorzulesen, die deshalb im Grundschulunterricht durch das Vorlesen vertieft werden sollten, damit jedes Kind die Möglichkeit hat Leselust zu entwickeln und das Interesse an Büchern zu erkunden. Das Vorlesen kennt man aus dem frühen Kindesalter in Form von "Nachtgeschichten" oder Ähnlichem. Kinder lernen unter elterlicher Fürsorge das Erkunden von neuen Welten unter Einwirkung ihrer Kreativität und Vorstellungskraft. Es sind die ersten Erfahrungen, die ein Kind mit Literatur und Schrift macht. Die Kinder bekommen in erster Hinsicht Bücher mit graphischen Darstellungen vorgelesen oder schauen sich diese zum Teil selbst an, womit ihnen die Semantik vieler Wörter leichter fällt zu erkennen und sich syntaktische Funktionen wie Punkt- und Kommasetzung nach und nach von selbst erschließt. Es sollte daher Aufgabe der Grundschule sein, den regelmäßigen Kontakt mit Büchern und Vorlesestunden zu gewährleisten, damit Kinder von Anfang an den Umgang mit Büchern lernen, da dieser für ihre schulische Laufbahn
