About the Author: Santoshi Halder is a Board-Certified Behaviour Analyst (BACB, USA) and Professor at the Department of Education, University of Calcutta, India. She has been actively involved internationally and nationally in the inclusion of people with disabilities through various academic and research endeavors. Her recent publications include, Inclusion, Disability and Culture (2017) and Inclusion, Equity and Access for Individuals with Disabilities (2019).
Sanju Saha is an Assistant Professor at Ghospukur College, Siliguri, West Bengal, India. His research interests include instructional design, technological innovation for teaching-learning, instructional visualization, and technology-based design of learning materials to utilize human cognition. Currently, he is working on designing low-cost mobile-based learning modules to empower rural women in West Bengal.
