About the Book

This is a work book that will help you get out of your own way and overcome the things that hold you back from living the life you were meant to live. It is intended to go along with a motivational speech I give, but can also stand on its own as a guide to help you begin to make the changes in your life that you want to make. We all are a work in progress. That means life is supposed to be fluid. Ask yourself these questions. Am I stagnant? Am I satisfied with my Life? Am I where I want to be? Am I Content? Happy? Is there something missing? Chances are the answers to these questions change on a daily basis, and on some days, minute to minute. But if you answered, "no" to any one of them, then there is room for growth. I hope sharing my story helps you realize, you can live your dreams too. But sometimes we need a little help. So the purpose of my talk and of this workbook is to help you do that. I want to help you learn what works best for you. This seminar and workbook will be a roadmap to help you deal with the things that scar you... the things that hold you back from whatever you want to achieve in life. These are tools that will help you rip the band-aid off so you can heal and move forward. Every section of this workbook will have space for you to take notes during the talk and for you to do your homework. If you put the time in... if you put the thought and effort into your answers... you will discover the key to your happiness.
