Studienarbeit aus dem Jahr 2019 im Fachbereich Pädagogik - Schulpädagogik, Note: 1,3, Pädagogische Hochschule Ludwigsburg, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: In Anbetracht der im Juni 2019 ausgelösten politischen Debatten um einen Schulbeginn ab neun Uhr nähert sich die wissenschaftliche Hausarbeit der Thematik durch das Heranziehen verschiedener Forschungsstudien aus mehreren Blickwinkeln. Sie verwendet dazu zahlreiche Studien aus den Gebieten der Neurobiologie, Medizin, Gesundheits- und Erziehungswissenschaft. Begonnen wird mit der Beantwortung der Fragestellung, wie in Deutschland der Acht-Uhr-Schulbeginn organisiert wird und wie dieser von Heranwachsenden bewertet wird. Anschließend soll auf die gesundheitlichen Aspekte aus der Schlafforschung eingegangen werden, welche sich mit der inneren Uhr des Menschen beschäftigen. Dabei wird es um die unterschiedlichen Chronotypen gehen, für welche ein genaueres Verständnis geschaffen werden soll. Diese Thematik wird aus neurobiologischer Sicht einen bedeutsamen Einblick geben, wie sich der frühe Unterricht auf die Gesundheit auswirken kann. In diesem Kapitel soll die Rolle des Tageslichts integriert werden, und es zeigt auch auf, welchen Einfluss die Zeitumstellung auf den Unterrichtsbeginn hat. Anschließend soll auf die Frage eingegangen werden, was ein Neun-Uhr-Start für die Leistungsfähigkeit bedeutet. Mithilfe von erziehungswissenschaftlichen und psychologischen Untersuchungen soll ein möglicher Zusammenhang mit veränderten Schulanfangszeiten aufgezeigt werden. Danach wird der Punkt der Alltagsbewältigung analysiert, der die Themenfelder Ganztagsbetreuung und Vereinbarkeit von Familie und Beruf beinhaltet. Weil die Veränderung im Schulsystem gerade für Lehrkräfte entscheidend ist, soll sich das sechste Kapitel exklusiv mit den Auswirkungen eines verschobenen Unterrichtsbeginns auf diese Personengruppe beschäftigen.
