How The Book Works
The first section -- human physiology -- introduces you to the wonder that is skeletal muscle and the mechanisms that underpin strength training's demands on the body. About the Author: Austin Current graduated in 2016 with a degree in Exercise Science from the University of Southern Indiana, where he focused on Exercise Physiology, Biomechanics, and Sports Nutrition. After gaining a NSCA-CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist) qualification, Austin became head coach with Physique Development in Denver, Colorado.

    Read this in one evening. I had planned to do other things with my day, but it was impossible to put down. Every time I tried, I was drawn back to it in less than 5 minutes. I sobbed my eyes out the entire last 100 pages. Highly recommend!
