About the Author: Dan Weinfurter is the managing partner of Chicago Growth Consultants and serial entrepreneur with more than 25 years of experience. Parson Group, started from a business plan in 1995, landed the coveted #1 spot on Inc. Magazine's 'Inc. 500' list in 2000.
