Diese umfassen sechs Dimensionen in denen sich die Erkenntnisse der modernen neurowissenschaftlichen Forschung widerspiegeln. Diese besagen, dass jeder einzelne Stil jeweils exakt lokalisierbaren neuronalen Netzten zugrunde liegt. Die verschiedenen emotionalen Stile beschreiben, wie Menschen sich unterschiedlich in bestimmten Lebenssituationen verhalten und verschieden emotional reagieren.
