Kim Barnes is CEO of Barnes & Conti Associates, Inc., of Berkeley, California, a leadership development firm. In her 35+ years of experience in the fields of leadership and organization development, she has been a frequent speaker at professional conferences and meetings and has published a number of journal articles in the U.S. and abroad.
