About the Book

Slavery The caste system and caste system prevalent in this country have shaped the social life. The entire society is divided into caste camps, hence the lack of brotherhood among each other, this lack is a hindrance in the path of true democracy and that is why this country has not become a nation. In the year 1873, Jotirao Phule published the book 'Gulamgiri', it has completed 150 years today. In this book, Mahatma Phule comes down hard on Brahminism. He says that the Shudras and Atishudras of the country are still intellectually, socially, religiously and economically enslaved by Brahmanism. Manusmriti's shloka (1-130) says, “Education is the right of Brahmins only”. That is why Mahatma Phule in Ghulamgiri (Gulamagiri) describes Brahmanism as a curse for humanity He also says that the arrival of the British opened the doors of education for Shudras and Atishudras. He has logically examined the scriptures in this book. He interacts with the fictional character Dhondirao in a question-and-answer format. This style of communication has a great impact on the readers. His book takes the readers out of the fake world and introduces them to the real world. Farmer's Asud This is a book written by Jyotirao Phule and it was published in 1881. Among the numerous reasons related to religion and politics, the book gives some of the reasons which made the Shudra peasants in such a miserable condition. It is argued that the tyrannical religion, the dominance of Brahmin employees in the government departments and the luxurious laziness of the British administrators led to the harassment and deception of the Shudra peasants. Public Truth Book Public Truth Dharma Book is a Marathi book written by Mahatma Jyotirao Phule. This is the last book written by Phule in his lifetime. After his death, his son Yashwant Phule published this book in 1891. This book is considered to be the essence of Phule's religious thought. In the last phase of his life, Fuli suffered from paralysis
