Studienarbeit aus dem Jahr 2009 im Fachbereich BWL - Offline-Marketing und Online-Marketing, Note: 1,0, EBC Hochschule Berlin, Veranstaltung: Marktforschung, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Executive Summary Zielstellung der hier vorliegenden Arbeit ist die Herausarbeitung der Thematik Kundenzufriedenheit, dessen Erhebungsmethoden und betriebswirtschaftliche Relevanz als wichtigen Bestandteil im unternehmerischen Marketing. Des Weiteren beschäftigt sich die Arbeit mit der Hervorhebung einer Auswahl an gängigen Management Instrumenten, wie dem Total Quality Management (Punkt 3.2.1, Seite 19-21) und dem Customer Relationship Management (Punkt 3.2.2, Seite 21-23). In diesem Zusammenhang ist die Market Gap / Unmet Needs Studie /Punkt 3.1, Seite 17-18) als eine, in diesem Kontext, sehr wichtige Form einer Primärforschungsstudie zu beachten. Bezüglich der betriebswirtschaftlichen Relevanz ist besonderes Augenmerk auf die von mir, mittels diverser Studien, belegte Notwenigkeit einer besseren branchenunabhängigen Kundenpolitik zu legen. Ich verweise diesbezüglich auf den Punkt 1.2 auf Seite 6-9 "Missmanagement als Folge vernachlässigter Kundenbedürfnisse" und auf Punkt 3 auf Seite 17, Einleitung zum Themenbereich "Management Instrumente & moderne Primärforschungsstudien". In diesem Zusammenhang ist anzumerken, dass die Weiterentwicklung des CRM Systems ein hoch brisantes Zukunftsthema darstellt, dessen Chancen und Möglichkeiten erkannt und weiterentwickelt werden müssen. Der Themenbereich 2 beschäftigt sich primär mit der Kundenzufriedenheitsforschung und deren Erhebungsmethoden, wie dem Confirmation/Disconfirmation-Paradigm (Punkt 2.1, Seite 10-11), der "Equity Theory" (Adams, 1963) (Punkt 2.2, Seite 11) und der Attributionstheorie (Punkt 2.3, Seite 12) sowie verschiedene Verfahren der Zufriedenheitsmessung. Besondere Beachtung finden hier das Merkmalsorientierte Verfahren (Punkt 2.4.1, Seite 13-14), die Varianten multiattributiver Verfahren (Punkt 2.4.2, Seite 14-15), d
