About the Author: Elena G. Baht was born in Milan and grew up in Italy. In 2009 she moved to London, where she first worked in retail management before choosing to study international relations at London Metropolitan University and pursue a career in philosophy.
Her first novel, Sighs from the Sea, delves into the world of a small island situated between the Atlantic and Pacific oceans, making it a target for catastrophic storms. In her writing, Baht imbues nature with human qualities while investigating the storms brewing in the hearts and minds of the island folk.
Baht is currently writing her second novel.
