About the Author: Stacy Gleiss has lived a life immersed in Japanese culture-a culture vastly different from that of her home state of Michigan. In her experience as the teen bride of a traditional Japanese man, Gleiss found inspiration for her memoir, The Six-Foot Bonsai.
