About the Author: Dr. Ankush Chopra is an innovation and business transformation expert with over 20 years of experience in leading and enabling innovations. Early in his career he led business and organizational transformations in companies such as Citibank and Procter & Gamble. For the last 10 years, his focus has been on enabling transformation through research, training and speaking. 

He is Associate Professor of Innovation and Strategy at School of Business Administration, Fribourg, Switzerland and has been Assistant Professor of Management and Strategy at Babson College for the last 5 years. Chopra has a Ph.D. in Strategy from Duke University and an MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. He has lived and worked in India, Japan, Philippines, Singapore, Switzerland and the USA. He trains, give talks and advises managers and companies in the areas of innovation, strategy and change. He has worked with all levels of management in small and large groups. He experienced the dark side of innovation as a business manager many years back and this led him to conduct extensive research on the phenomenon of profit destroying innovations.
