About the Author: Alexander M. Wiedl wurde 1987 in Kösching geboren. Während seines Studiums beschäftigte er sich intensiv mit Möglichkeiten, wie Unternehmen Social Media für Marktforschung, Neukundengewinnung und die allgemeine Kundenkommunikation nutzen können. In seiner beruflichen Laufbahn arbeitete er bereits für ein internationales Marktforschungsunternehmen im Projektmanagement für Online Marktforschungsstudien sowie einer in Nürnberg ansässigen Management Beratung, die sich auf markenzentrierte Unternehmensführung spezialisiert hat. Durch diverse Projekte für einen internationalen Kundenkreis, unter anderem in den Bereichen Technologie, Financial Services, Spielwaren und Chemie, konnte er sein Wissen in den Bereichen Marktforschung, Markenführung & Strategieentwicklung weiter ausbauen.
