Una rata humana que se saca los ojos y se implanta ojos de pescado. Una periodista que siente una especial empatía por criminales y marginados. Un handyman con alma de médico medieval que busca llevar el arte a los límites de la creación humana, y un yerbatero entusiasta que intenta desdibujar los límites de nuestra conciencia. Juntos conforman la historia de un culto subterráneo que nace de la esfintericie de Ciudad Botica, ciudad/experimento que se eleva como paloma incontinente que viene a regar el distopiario moderno con su infusión de materia orgánica metamorfoide endulzada. La ciudad, incrustada sobre una linea de tiempo difusa, tiene una gran guerra sembrada en el subsuelo. Es una guerra capaz de acabar con todo. Qué es realmente Ciudad Botica y su origen paracen ser un misterio, solo opacado por el enigma que aqueja al compilador de este expediente: ¿Dónde está Erika? Parece ser que la respuesta la tenemos todos y sin embargo nadie puede responderla. En todo caso esta historia es una semilla. Una semilla de la que solo puede crecer una enredadera y viene a enredarnos la lengua con la materia y la materia con lo imaginal.

Presentado en fragmentos de entrevistas reempaquetadas y marketergiversadas y la reconstrucción forzada de los acontecimientos a partir de boronas de materia mental premandelada y postensada en cama de Procusto, las piezas de este "expediente" conforman una suerte de rompecabezas que bien pudiera tener más sentido así, sin armar.

"Para mí, tirar el diccionario por la ventana del bus del odio es el primer paso. Mira, es inevitable. Los imperios siempre manchan la lengua por donde pasan la espada. Hay quienes se retuercen mientras beben cloro para sacarse la mancha. Son los mismos que jadean y babean y andan como perros con la lengua afuera. Por mí que me tatúen la lengua, y el que quiera la venga a probar, esta, mi lengua sin cloro y sin nevado, pero con muchas chispitas de mocolate, mocolate que será derramado por todos ustedes en el fin de la inmundicia."
