About the Author: Peter Berg, Jahrgang 1950, studierte Sprach- und Literaturwissenschaft, Pädagogik, Politik und Kunst. Der promovierte Germanist war Lehrer von Beruf, arbeitete an Grundschulen, in der Referendarausbildung und viele Jahre als Schulamtsdirektor in der Bildungsverwaltung. Berufsbegleitend machte er sich unter dem Pseudonym PiTTo einen Namen als Künstler und stellte international aus. Nach der Pensionierung lebt der Vater von drei erwachsenen Söhnen heute mit seiner Frau als Maler und Schriftsteller in Nordhessen. Malen und Schreiben sind für ihn unverzichtbare Leidenschaften.
