Ältere Personen jedoch sollten diesen Konflikt der vorherrschenden Meinung nach überwunden haben: Ältere Männer sind Großväter, die sich von ihren Enkeln das Handy erklären lassen und die, falls ihre Frau verstorben sein sollte, regelmäßig am Sonntag die Koch- und Backkünste ihrer Kinder und Schwiegerkinder prüfen. Ältere Frauen passen fast immer gerne auf die Enkelkinder auf und zeigen als Alleinstehende bisweilen ein reges Interesse an den Aktivitäten ihrer Nachbarn. Dürfen ältere Frauen sich verlieben? Und ist der Blitz nun eingeschlagen, wie sollte frau klugerweise weiter vorgehen? Diesen Fragen gehen Milla Dümichen und Eva von Kleist im ersten Teil ihres E-Mail-Romans "Spätlese & Eiswein" nach. Die beiden Protagonistinnen Lis (65) und Gabi (72), zwei gestandene Frauen, die Bescheid wissen, aber trotzdem ins Getümmel der Hormone geraten, pflegen einen regen E-Mail-Austausch zu diesem Thema. Der Roman basiert auf einer Idee von Milla Dümichen.
About the Author: Milla Dümichen, Jahrgang 1952, ist eine deutsche Autorin mit russisch-georgischen Wurzeln. Ihr Lebensweg führte sie als Vierzigjährige mit ihrer deutschstämmigen Mutter nach Deutschland. In ihren ersten zwei Büchern "Bittere Bonbons" und "Pustekuchen und andere Delikatessen" schildert sie Berührendes und Amüsantes ihres bewegten Lebens in ihrer neu erlernten deutschen Sprache. Getreu ihrem Motto "Die besten Geschichten erzählt das Leben" nimmt sie Leser und Zuhörer mit auf ihre Zeitreise. In ihrem dritten Buch "Herbstrauschen" begleitet die Autorin ihre Protagonistin Ella auf ihrer Suche nach dem passenden Partner, mit klarem Blick auf die häufig unbarmherzigen Alltäglichkeiten. Eva von Kleist lektorierte "Herbstrauschen", und dabei fanden beide schnell Berührungspunkte und wagten das gemeinsame Projekt "Spätlese & Eiswein".
