Bachelorarbeit aus dem Jahr 2018 im Fachbereich Ratgeber - Sport, Fitness, Note: 1,4, IST-Hochschule für Management, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Im Rahmen der hier vorliegenden empirischen Arbeit wird die körperliche und psychische Veränderung während einer Diät unter die Lupe genommen, um die Effektivität von verschiedenen Diätmöglichkeiten zu ergründen. Differenziert wird die Kalorienmenge, sodass ein unterschiedlich hohes Kaloriendefizit in den Fokus der Betrachtung fällt. Der Vergleich soll sowohl die körperliche Komposition und ihre Veränderung über den angesetzten Interventionszeitraum darstellen, als auch die psychische Ebene in Bezug auf das Wohlbefinden berücksichtigen. Ziel ist es, eine Aussage darüber zu treffen, ob ein hohes Kaloriendefizit in einer Diätphase bessere Abnehmresultate erzielen kann, als ein moderates. Besonders soll natürlich die Veränderung des Körperfettanteils beleuchtet werden. Ein Augenmerk liegt auch auf der Veränderung der Muskelmasse und soll Aufschluss darüber geben, ob es durch das neu aufgenommene Fitnesstraining sogar mit einem Kaloriendefizit möglich ist, Muskulatur aufzubauen oder zu erhalten. Falls es zum Einbüßen von stoffwechselaktiver Masse kommt, soll die Studie eine Antwort darüber liefern, ob bei einem moderaten oder hohen Kaloriendefizit mehr Muskelmasse verloren geht. Mit dieser Studienarbeit soll die Hypothese verifiziert oder falsifiziert werden, ob die Teilnehmer einer Ernährungsintervention mit der Kalorienrestriktion von 1.000 Kalorien täglich, während der achtwöchigen Durchführungszeit eine doppelt so hohe Gewichtsabnahme, im Vergleich zu den Probanden mit 500 Kalorien im Defizit, verzeichnen konnten. Es wurde die Forschungsfrage gestellt, wie sich die Körperkompositionen von den Teilnehmern, unterschieden in das oben genannte moderate oder hohe Kaloriendefizit, im Hinblick auf die Zusammensetzung von Körperfett- und Muskelanteil, verändern.
