About the Author: J.R. Shine was born and raised in South Florida. Throughout high school and college she moonlighted as a fashion model. Graduating from college with a degree in economics, she began her career as an economist with a large bank holding company. J.R. has been a stockbroker for over 28 years and is currently working at a major Wall Street firm. She has travelled worldwide and is fluent in French and Spanish. Her professional passion is to assist and educate women in achieving their financial goals. J.R.'s hobbies include gourmet cooking, gardening. landscape painting and tennis.
