Her fields of interest include e-governance, cyber security, and data analytics. Dr. Sahoo has published a number of research papers in peer-reviewed international journals and conferences. She has completed an MTech in computer science and engineering and is currently pursuing a PhD.
Rabindra Narayana Behera, PhD, is the Senior Technical Director (Scientist-F) at the National Informatics Centre at Odisha State Centre, Bhubaneswar, India. He has more than 25 years of experience in the area of IT. He has coordinated various governance portals at state and national levels. His research area includes cloud computing, data analytics, e-governance, cyber security, and web services. He has published many research papers in peer-reviewed international journals and conferences. Dr. Behera's PhD is on Computer Science in the field of Artificial Intelligence.
Sasmita Rani Samanta, PhD, is a Professor in Commerce and Management at KIIT Deemed to be University, Bhubaneswar, India, where she also holds the post of Pro-Vice Chancellor. She has more than a decade of teaching and research experience. Dr. Samanta has published many research articles in field of e-governance, e-marketing, and brand management in reputed international journals and conferences. Dr. Samanta's PhD degree is in management science.
Prasant Kumar Pattnaik, PhD, is a Professor at the School of Computer Engineering, KIIT Deemed to be University, Bhubaneswar, India. He has more than a decade of teaching research experience. Dr. Pattnaik has published numbers of research papers in peer-reviewed international journals and conferences. His research areas are cloud computing, mobile computing, and brain-computer interface.
