Studienarbeit aus dem Jahr 2023 im Fachbereich BWL - Unternehmensführung, Management, Organisation, Note: 1,3, SRH Fernhochschule (Wirtschaftspsychologie & Leadership), Veranstaltung: Organisationsberatung, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Die Zielsetzung der vorliegenden Hausarbeit lässt sich in zwei Bereiche untergliedern. Zu Beginn soll innerhalb von theoretischen Grundlagen ein Hintergrundwissen über Netzwerke aufgebaut werden. Dabei sollen zunächst Netzwerke und dessen Typen im Vordergrund stehen. Die Netzwerkanalyse mit relevanten Methoden und dessen Kritikpunkten soll aufbereitet werden. Abschließend soll die strategische Beratung erklärt werden. Gründe und Rollen in der Beratung kommen dabei zum Vorschein. Im zweiten Bereich soll eine aus der Theorie ausgewählte Methode anhand konkreter Ansatzpunkte umgesetzt werden. In diesem Zusammenhang sollen zudem Gründe für das Nutzen von externen Beratern in Bezug auf die Brauerei dargestellt werden. Abschließend wird eine Empfehlung zur Auswahl von Beraterrollen in diesem Praxisfall gegeben. In den jüngsten Jahren hat sich in Deutschland die Brauereilandschaft aufgrund verschiedener Faktoren verändert. Insbesondere die Corona-Pandemie hat für eine kurzzeitige Abnahme der Anzahl der Brauereien gesorgt, obwohl der Markt zuvor einen kontinuierlichen Anstieg verzeichnet hatte. Nichtsdestotrotz streben zahlreiche kleine Start-ups auf den Markt, um mit innovativen Konzepten und Produktideen erfolgreich zu sein. Der Bierkonsum hat in Deutschland in den letzten Jahren abgenommen. Seit dem Jahr 2006 ist der durchschnittliche Bierverbrauch pro Kopf stetig gesunken, beispielsweise von 116 Litern im Jahr 2006 auf rund 92 Liter im Jahr 2021. Auch wenn Bier weiterhin das beliebteste alkoholische Getränk der Deutschen ist, haben Verbote wie das Rauchverbot und die zeitweiligen Schließungen der Gastronomie während der Pandemie negative Auswirkungen auf die Entwicklung des Bierkonsums.
